Franklinton

Located just west of downtown Columbus along the banks of the Scioto River, Franklinton is an ever-evolving community. Established in 1797, it was the first settlement in Franklin County. Today the community features a diverse mix of historic and modern homes, as well as restaurants, art galleries, and entertainment venues. The neighborhood is also home to the COSI science musuem and the National Veterans Memorial and Museum.
