King-Lincoln District

The King-Lincoln district is named after the Kings Arts Complex and the iconic Lincoln Theater, although its historic name is Bronzeville. The community has a rich history that dates back to the 19th century when predominantly Black families settled in the area. Over the past two decades, the neighborhood has seen a significant amount of revitalization, and today it is a thriving center for arts, culture and community. King-Lincoln real estate includes a mix of established older homes and new construction properties.
